A Little Boost Can Go a Long Way
At Status: Home, we know that sometimes all it takes is a small boost to help you reach the next milestone in your journey.
The Empowerment Boost Program offers residents the opportunity to receive up to $1,000 in direct support to help advance their education, career, or entrepreneurship goals.
Boosts are flexible and creative — they can help you move closer to a dream, start something new, or take the next step toward independence. There’s no single definition of a “boost” because the opportunities are endless.
Every request is reviewed by a selection committee, and decisions are typically made within 4–6 weeks. If selected, you’ll be notified directly and receive your boost in the form of a gift card.
How to Apply
Use the form below to share what kind of boost would make a difference for you. You can write your request or upload a short video telling us about it — whichever feels most comfortable.
Please provide:
- Your Case Manager or Community Manager’s name
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A brief description of your request or goal
- (Optional) A photo or video describing your need
- Whether you’re okay with Status: Home sharing your story publicly
After you click Submit My Boost Request, you’ll see a confirmation message letting you know we’ve received your submission.
