From medical care to dependency rehabilitation, to providing children, adults, and families with high-quality, trauma-informed behavioral health services and support systems, these essential services would be out of the financial reach of our residents if they were not provided free of charge.

Residency Requirements
Adults Programs
- AIDS diagnosis
- Homeless according to government guidelines
- Applicant must be age 18 or older
- Ability to care for yourself at time of admission
Family Programs
- HIV/AIDS diagnosis
- Homeless according to government guidelines
- Applicant must be age 18 or older
- ability to care for yourself and your children (if applicable) at time of admission
Light Site I Program
- HIV/AIDS diagnosis
- Homeless according to government guidelines
- Applicant must be age 18 or older
- Ability to care for yourself and your children (if applicable) at time of admission
Light Site II Program
Serves individuals and/or families where at least one family member has HIV/AIDS.
- HIV/AIDS diagnosis
- Homeless or low-income according to government guidelines
- Applicant must be age 18 or older
- Ability to care for yourself and your children (if applicable) at time of admission
The New Horizons Program
- HIV/AIDS diagnosis
- Low-income according to government guidelines
- Able to attain a lease and utilities in the primary participant’s name
- Able to live independently
- Able to secure a position on one or more of the following: Wait list for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, public housing, other rental assistance program, or qualify for home ownership program.
* We do not accept applications at any Status: Home locations.
