Status: Home collaborates and partners with 25 organizations and community agencies to meet our residents’ changing needs and provide valuable services to enhance their quality of life.

From medical care to dependency rehabilitation, to providing children, adults, and families with high-quality, trauma-informed behavioral health services and support systems, these essential services would be out of the financial reach of our residents if they were not provided free of charge.

Housing is Healthcare

Home is a bright light when all is dark.

Status: Home provides over 70% of the permanent supportive housing designated for Atlanta’s homeless and low-income population with HIV/AIDS. We achieve this through housing that serves low-income or homeless individual men, women, and families (including children) living with HIV/AIDS.
Status: Home provides supportive housing and wrap-around services for homeless or low-income individuals and families impacted by HIV/AIDS. We focus on three types of housing:

We Value:

Action, Not Apathy

Atlanta is too busy to quit, give in or give up. Our future is bright and we’re making moves to transform this city into a healthy, thriving population for all.

Holistic Housing

Our housing provides an umbrella of care—housing, healthcare resources, and supportive services—so people can live fully, find freedom, and experience their futures.

Inherent Dignity

We reject stereotypical stigmas and choose humanity. We honor, empower, and facilitate transformation for everyone impacted by HIV/AIDS.
