What is Empowerment Boost?
The Empowerment Boost is designed to move residents from stability to opportunity.
At Status: Home, housing creates the foundation. The Empowerment Boost is an extension of that work—helping residents take the next step forward.
Through direct support of up to $1,000, residents were able to take meaningful steps toward education, career advancement, and entrepreneurship. For some, that meant enrolling in a course. For others, it meant launching an idea, advancing a goal, or finally removing a barrier that had been standing in the way.
These aren’t just grants. They are investments in what comes next.
