Status: Home collaborates and partners with 25 organizations and community agencies to meet our residents’ changing needs and provide valuable services to enhance their quality of life.

From medical care to dependency rehabilitation, to providing children, adults, and families with high-quality, trauma-informed behavioral health services and support systems, these essential services would be out of the financial reach of our residents if they were not provided free of charge.

Fulton-DeKalb Hospital Authority →

The Fulton-DeKalb Hospital Authority fosters comprehensive health and wellness initiatives in the greater Atlanta community through agency-to-agency collaboration, solid corporate relationships and effective community outreach campaigns. Governed by a ten-member Board of Trustees appointed by the commissioners of Fulton and DeKalb counties, the Authority is committed to working to meet the healthcare needs of Fulton and DeKalb County residents.

Georgia Relay →

Georgia Relay (TTY 711) is a free public service that keeps Georgia connected by making telecommunication simple, dependable and convenient for people who have difficulty using a standard phone. Jerusalem House participates in the Georgia Relay Partner Program.

MARTA →

MARTA offers Reduced Fare Breeze cards to eligible senior citizens, persons with disabilities and Medicare cardholders.The card allows you to travel at a reduced fare at all times.Reduced Fare Breeze Cards are good for both the bus and rail systems.

Georgia AIDS Drug Assistance Program →

A state administered program that provides HIV/AIDS medications to low-income individuals living with HIV disease who have little or no coverage from private or third party insurance.

The Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta →

Matches Atlanta-area nonprofits with transactional lawyers who can provide free assistance on a wide array of transactional legal matters.They serve nonprofits whose mission is to serve the underprivileged and disadvantaged in the Atlanta area. Their volunteer attorneys help nonprofits with such matters as drafting personnel policies, revising bylaws, and reviewing contracts.
